Steel Partitions - Single Skin

Our single skin steel partitioning systems are suitable to both industrial and commercial applications including office space, bonded areas, clean rooms or secure storage areas.

It is ideal for enclosing working areas where appearance is important but without the
extra cost of a double skin system. Single skin is also widely used for enclosing paint lines and coating furnaces, and is available in a modified form to enable access for maintenance.

In a multi-tiered application, it can be used as factory or warehouse division for reasons such as security, dustproofing and environment control.
Other applications include perimeter guarding to automated machinery, robots, conveyors, and for other automated processes.

Most configurations are available from stock as standard or can be can be tailor made to individual requirements where necessary.

A medium duty single skin steel partition ideally suited for use in factories and warehouses to create a production office or storage area.

There is a choice of sections, all steel, steel/mesh, all mesh, steel glass, steel/glass/steel. Standard panel widths are 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm, 900mm and 1000mm with three height options at 2438mm,3048mm and 3657mm. Glazed panels include clip on glazing beads capable of taking either 4mm or 6.4mm thick glass.

Panels bolt together and are located into a floor track. Stability is given to the structure by use of top capping and mullion support.

Sliding or hinged doors are available. Either steel or timber can be used, with or without glazed panels. All options come complete with handles. Drop down or sliding hatches can be incorporated into this system.

Standard finishes include powder coat in Sandstone or Grey and a stove enamel option in Grey. Trim components are stove enamel finish in either Brown or Black. Non standard or corporate colours can be arranged to order and at an extra over cost.
